Slimming World Curry Loaf Recipe

This is a great Slimming World Curry Loaf Recipe that is low in fat and used Chickpeas as the main ingredient, it’s great for all you slimmers out there as it is really easy to make with a few ingredients.

 

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Packet of Golden or Curried Rice
  • 1  Tin of Chickpea Dahl
  • 1 tbsp of Curry Powder (optional)

Can be served with a salad to make a light lunch or as a healthy snack

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

First heat the oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan.

Step 2

Make up the golden or curried rice in water as per pack instructions.

Step 3

Line a 1 lb loaf tin with grease proof paper.

Step 4

Break the eggs into a bowl add the Chickpea Dahl and stir.

Step 5

Once the rice is ready, stir it into the mix in the bowl.

Step 6

Add spices if so desired.

Step 7

Transfer the mixture to the lined loaf tin and flatten out with a spatula.

Step 8

Pop onto the middle shelf of the oven for 30-40 mins until cooked and golden brown.

Step 9

When cooked, remove from tray and let cool on a wire rack for 15 mins and cut with a knife.
